摘要
集装箱铁海联运具有运能大、成本低、环保等特点,是世界各国优先发展的运输方式,也是我国多式联运发展的薄弱环节。新时期运输结构调整要求加快推进集装箱铁海联运发展,提高港口铁海联运比例。在剖析目前我国集装箱铁海联运存在问题的基础上,结合我国产业结构和运输市场特点,明确铁路目标市场定位及策略,并提出我国集装箱铁海联运发展整体解决方案。
Each country in the world gives priority to develop container rail-sea intermodal because of its large capacity,low cost and environmental-friendly trait,but it is still the weak part of our intermodal transportation. In this new era, it is the policy of transport structure adjustment that demands the rapid development of container rail-sea intermodal and the improvement of container rail-sea intermodal share at the harbor. In this paper, the author deeply analyzes the major problems of our container rail-sea intermodal, clears the strategy of railway target market. Eventually, the total solution of container rail-sea intermodal development is proposed.
