摘要
乡村振兴是新时代中国特色社会主义建设的重大战略.基于词云可视化方法对《乡村振兴战略规划(2018～2022年)》和历年中央一号文件"三农"问题热词进行词频统计与对比分析,同时基于中国知网数据库对乡村振兴开展了文献关键词可视化分析.结果显示:1)"农村"、"农业"、"发展"等词频排在前30位的高频词汇占《规划》文本字数的16%,"农村"位于高频词及高频词语义网络图的核心位置.2)2004～2017年中央一号文件热词与《规划》热词的重合度在35%～60%之间波动,2018年中央一号文件与《规划》出现"乡村振兴"、"文化"、"生态"三个新增热词.2004～2018年乡村振兴议题的政策内容演化可划分为三个阶段:持续推进阶段(2004～2013年)、稳步实施阶段(2013～2016年)、改革振兴阶段(2017～2018年).3)2017年乡村振兴议题研究主要集中在议题讨论以及宏观分析,而2018年议题研究热点逐步转移到实践路径与实施对策等具体领域.在此基础上,从人文地理学视角提出新时代乡村振兴研究的重点领域:空间区划与协同治理、农业产业生态系统、乡村人地系统优化等.
Rural revitalization is an important strategy for building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This research,based on the word cloud,comparatively analyzesdifferences ofthe hot words between“Strategic plan for rural revitalization(2018~2022)”(Hereinafter referred to as“Planning”)proclaimed announced by Office ofthe State Council and “No.1 central document”proclaimed announced by General Office of the CPC Central Committee.The results are as follows:1) The top 30 high-frequency words,such as “rural area”,“agriculture” and “development”,account for 16% of the contents of the “Planning”,and “rural area” is at the center placein the semantic network of high-frequency words.2) From 2004 to 2017,the coincidence degree of the hot words between “No.1 central document” and the “Planning” fluctuated between 35% and 60%.In 2018,the new hot words such as “rural revitalization”,“culture” and “ecology” appeared in the text of “No.1 central document” and the“Planning”.The evolution of policy contents on the topic of rural revitalization from 2004 to 2018 can be divided into three stages:continuous promotion stage(2004~2013),steady implementation stage(2013~2016) and reform & revitalization stage(2017~2018).3) The research on “rural revitalization” in 2017 mainly focuses on the discussion of the topic and the macroscopic analysis,while the focus of the research in 2018 gradually shifts to the practical path and implementation countermeasures.On this basis,from the perspective of humanities andeconomic geography, the main topics involved in the rural revitalization include“spatial regionalization and collaborative governance”,“agricultural industrial ecosystem”,and “rural human-naturalsystem optimization”,etc.
