新疆沙枣叶的鉴别与化学成分初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的对新疆沙枣叶进行鉴别,并对其化学成分进行初步分析。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别的方法对新疆不同产地沙枣叶叶片形态、粉末显微特征、上下表皮显微特征进行研究,采用理化鉴别的方法对新疆沙枣叶的化学成分进行预试验,采用TLC法对新疆沙枣叶的水提部位的没食子酸、鞣花酸成分进行薄层鉴别。结果新疆不同产地沙枣叶叶片形态存在一定差异,显微鉴别主要特征为多样非腺毛。新疆沙枣叶中含有多肽、蛋白质、有机酸、酚类、鞣质、皂苷、黄酮、甾体、三萜类等成分,新疆沙枣叶水提部位含有没食子酸和鞣花酸。结论本方法操作简便,可行性强,适用于新疆沙枣叶的性状、显微、理化及薄层鉴别。 Objective The Elaeagnus angustifolia L. leaves in Xinjiang were identified and their chemical constituents were analyzed. Methods The leaf morphology, powder microscopic characteristics and epidermis microscopic characteristics of Elaeagnus angustifolia L. leaves from different areas in Xinjiang were studied by trait identification and microscopic identification. The chemical constituents of Elaeagnus angustifolia L. leaves in Xinjiang were identified by physical and chemical methods. Gallic acid and ellagic acid in water extracting parts of Elaeagnus angustifolia L. leaves in Xinjiang were identified by TLC method. Results There were some differences in leaf morphology of Elaeagnus angustifolia L. leaves from different areas in Xinjiang, the main feature of microscopic identification was diverse non-glandular hairs. The Elaeagnus angustifolia L. leaves in Xinjiang may contain peptides, proteins, organic acids, phenols, tannins, saponins, flavonoids, steroids, triterpenoids and other ingredients. The water extracting part of Elaeagnus angustifolia L. leaves in Xinjiang contains gallic acid and ellagic acid. Conclusion The experimental method is simple, scientific and reliable, and has strong feasibility. It can be used for identification, microscopic identification, physical and chemical identification and thin layer identification of Elaeagnus angustifolia L. leaves in Xinjiang.
