摘要
半空心自冲铆接是铝合金汽车车身中的重要连接方式。采用LS-DYNA建立有限元模型模拟半空心自冲铆接过程。设计灵敏度分析试验,分析铆钉和模具参数对接头质量评价指标的影响程度和趋势,确定优化范围,使用多目标遗传算法进行优化得到自锁量、剩余厚度和底部厚度。经验证表明,优化得到的半空心自冲铆接模型准确,证明联合铆钉和模具参数优化是可行的。
Self-piercing riveting(SPR)is an important connection method in aluminum alloy automobile body. Using LS-DYNA to establish finite element model, it simulates the SPR process, designs the sensitivity analysis test, analyzes the influence degree and trend of rivet and mould parameters about joint quality evaluation index, determines the optimization range. Based on multi-objective genetic algorithm, it optimizes the self-locking amount, residual thickness and bottom thickness. The SPR model obtained through verification and optimization is accurate, proves that it is feasible to jointly optimize the joint rivet and mold parameters.
