摘要
目的:基于HL7V3标准的消息交互机制,LIS通过集成平台与HIS对接,实现检验数据的高效交互。方法:对原有的LIS、HIS进行程序改造,新建中间表和中间库,开发消息收发程序、WebServices接口服务、应急接口程序,并设计新的系统架构。结果:LIS和其他应用系统间采用了基于集成平台的总线型接口方式,异构系统之间通过HL7 V3消息引擎的中间件进行集成,使应用系统的压力有所下降,系统性能得到了大幅提升。结论:基于消息交互模式的集成平台的应用,提高了应用系统的规范性和独立性,实现了系统间的松散耦合和数据的有效共享,建立了消息补发及应急处理机制,保障了基于集成平台应用的业务连续性和可靠性。
Objective:To make the real-time laboratory data exchanged efficiently by LIS interfaces with HIS through the integrated platform system based on HL7 V3 standard.Methods:To improve the program of the LIS and HIS by creating the middle database and table,developing the program for sending receiving messages,Webservices interface service and emergency interface program,and building the new system architecture.Results:The LIS connects with other application systems through the integrated platform system based on the bus-type interface.The data exchanges among heterogeneous systems by message mode.The integrated reform uses middleware of HL7 V3 engine to proceed the integration among heterogeneous systems.The pressure of application system gets lower,and the performance has been improved.Conclusion:The application of the integrated platform which based on the message interaction mode improves the normalization and independence,and makes the systems coupled loosely and the data sharing effectively.The mechanism of message replacement and emergency invoking system has been established to guarantee the business continuity and reliability of integrated platform-based applications.
