摘要
水稻是吉林省第二大粮食作物,在吉林省粮食生产中发挥着重要作用。本文首先从吉林省水稻播种面积、水稻产量、水稻流通和水稻加工等四个方面详细介绍了吉林省水稻产业发展的现状。从播种面积和产量状况来看,水稻一直是吉林省第二大粮食作物,但是吉林省水稻流通方式仍然比较传统,加工品种比较单一,缺乏深加工产品,影响了吉林省水稻产业的发展。对此,选择吉林省长春市、榆树市等9个主要稻作生产区,选择每667 m2种子用量、人工成本费、水稻产量等相关变量为基础,构建吉林省水稻C—D生产函数,运用eviews软件进行吉林省水稻生产效率影响因素测算,深入分析影响吉林省水稻生产效率的相关因素,提出了加大科技投入、提高水利设施利用效率、提高水稻综合效益等对策和建议。
Rice is the second largest food crop in Jilin Province and plays an important role in food production. This paper first introduces the status quo of rice industry development in Jilin Province from four aspects: rice planting area,rice yield,rice circulation and rice processing in Jilin Province. From the perspective of planting area and yield,rice has always been the second largest food crop in Jilin Province. However,rice circulation in Jilin Province is still relatively traditional,with relatively single processed varieties and lack of deep-processed products,which has affected the development of rice industry in Jilin Province. In this regard,we selected nine major rice production areas,including Changchun City and Yushu City in Jilin Province,and selected the relevant variables such as the amount of seeds per acre,the labor cost per acre,and the yield per acre of rice to build rice C-D production in Jilin Province. The function uses eviews software to measure the influencing factors of rice production efficiency in Jilin Province,and deeply analyzed the factors affecting the rice production efficiency in Jilin Province,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing investment in science and technology,improving the utilization efficiency of water conservancy facilities,and improving the comprehensive benefits of rice.
