摘要
目的观察分析在小儿支气管哮喘缓解期采用二联疗法治疗的临床疗效。方法 90例小儿支气管哮喘缓解期患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用沙美特罗替卡松进行治疗,观察组采用沙美特罗替卡松联合孟鲁司特进行治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后6个月、2年内的临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状体征积分。结果治疗后6个月、2年内,观察组患儿总有效率分别为97.78%、93.33%,均高于对照组的84.44%、73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿临床症状体征积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿临床症状体征积分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合二联疗法治疗小儿支气管哮喘缓解期,能够有效缓解临床症状体征,可获得较为理想的近、远期疗效,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of dual therapy in the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma in remission stage. Methods A total of 90 children with pediatric bronchial asthma were divided by random number table into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with salmeterol/fluticasone, and the observation group was treated with salmeterolfluticasone combined with montelukast. The clinical efficacy after 6 months and 2 years of treatment and the scores of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After 6 months and 2 years of treatment, the observation group had higher total effective rate respectively as 97.78% and 93.33% than 84.44% and 73.33% in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in scores of clinical symptoms and signs (P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had lower scores of clinical symptoms and signs than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of remission stage of pediatric bronchial asthma can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and signs, and can obtain relatively ideal short-term and long-term curative effect. This method has high clinical promotion and application value.
