摘要
飞机装配中设备制孔锪窝深度是自动制孔较难控制的一个参数。产品的刚性对锪窝深度的影响较大,刚性越好,锪窝制孔窝深质量越稳定,这也是很多制孔设备在平板试刀台上制孔锪窝深度控制很好,但在飞机产品上制孔锪窝深度较难控制的原因,文章针对单侧壁板类机器人制孔时产品保形方案进行问题分析,找出解决办法,通过提出一种新型壁板支撑夹具的应用,通过试验验证新方法的可行性。
The depth of equipment hole sink in aircraft assembly is a parameter which is difficult to control automatically. The rigidity of the product has a greater influence on the depth of the countersink, the better the rigidity, the more stable the depth and quality of the countersink, which is also a good control of the depth of the countersink of many hole-making equipment on the plate test bench. However, it is difficult to control the depth of hole sink in aircraft products. this paper analyzes the problem of product conformal scheme in the process of making holes by unilateral panel robot, finds out the solution, and puts forward the application of a new type of panel support fixture. The feasibility of the new method is verified by experiments.
