摘要
岩溶发育地区由于长期受到溶蚀作用,形成了较多的溶洞,地质复杂不确定因素较多,对桥梁桩基施工作业带来了很大困难,特别是操作不当极易造成卡钻、漏浆、塌孔等质量问题。因此,在岩溶发育地区的桩基施工必须做好地质勘查,掌握地质特点,制定科学的溶洞处治方案,保障工程施工质量。文章通过介绍了岩溶发育地区钻孔灌注桩施工质量控制要点,结合以往工作经验,通过桥梁桩基溶洞处治实例,为后续相关工程提供借鉴。
Because of the dissolution of karst development area for a long time, more karst caves have been formed, and there are many complex and uncertain factors in geology, which has brought great difficulties to the construction of bridge pile foundation. In particular, improper operation can easily lead to sticking, slurry leakage, hole collapse and other quality problems. Therefore, the pile foundation construction in karst development area must do a good job of geological exploration, master the geological characteris-tics, formulate a scientific treatment scheme of karst cave, and ensure the construction quality of the project. This paper introduces the key points of construction quality control of bored cast -in -place pile in karst development area, combined with the previous working experience, through the treatment of karst cave of bridge pile foundation, provides a reference for the follow-up related projects.
