摘要
油料具有易蒸发、易流失、有毒、易燃易爆等诸多危险特性,在油库储存或作业过程中,会由于油气飘散、油料溢漏、含油污水不达标排放、油料着火爆炸等对环境造成污染。因此,必须增强环境保护意识,严把油库建设关,加强油库作业管理和设备使用维护,全面做好油库安全工作,有效减小油库作业对环境的污染。
Oil has many dangerous characteristics, such as easy evaporation, easy loss, toxic, flammable and explosive and so on. In the process of oil depot storage or operation, it will pollute the environment because of oil and gas dispersion, oil spill, oily water substandard discharge, oil ignition and explosion and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of environ-mental protection, strictly control the construction of oil depots, strengthen the operation management and equipment use and mainte-nance of oil depots, improve the safety of oil depots in an all-round way, and effectively prevent fire from reducing the environ-mental pollution caused by small oil depots.
