摘要
针对上海航天电子技术研究所高效批量化微波组件生产线,采用系统布置设计法(System Layout Planning,SLP)进行工艺布局设计,通过对系统物流、人流、信息流进行分析,结合微波组件生产线场地特点对生产线各个工序设备的布局、物流的通道作出有机地组合和合理配置,使生产线内部布置最优化,有效提高空间利用率,最大限度地减少物料搬运,缩短生产作业周期。
Aiming at the product line of microwave modules of Shanghai Aerospace Electronic Technology Institute, it designs the layout of its workshop based on system layout planning (SLP) method. By analyzing the logistics, operators and information flow, considering the actual conditions of the workshop, it allocates the job stations and distributes the logistics route reasonably. Thus us-ing SLPto optimize the layout of the product line, increase the workshop space utilization, minimize the transport route, and short-en the production cycle finally.
