摘要
分区电网电量统计是电网分层分区精细化管理的基础,也是线损四分工作的基本要求。分区电网电量统计的计算模式与联络通道的特性有关,由于电量按周期性进行统计,造成在统计与电量供入供出方向不固定的外部电网交换电量时,发生电量统计偏差的现象。详细分析了电量偏差发生的机理,提出了消除与降低电量偏差的技术措施,以供大家探讨。
Electric power quantity statistics of Hierachical-regional power grid is the basis for the delicacy management of the Hierachical-regionapower grid, and is the basic requirements of four kinds of classification of grid loss. The calculation mode of Electric power quantity statistics of Hierachical-regional power grid is depended on the feature of the channel between objective grid and neighbour grid, because of the periodicity feature of electric power quantity statistics, deviation may happen in calculating for the kind of grid which power requirement orientation is unfixed. The principle of the deviation is analyzed , and technical measures are provided for inducing the deviation in this paper, look forward to your advice.
