摘要 给出了一种中基于四象限斩波的蓄电池内阻检测方法。在计算内阻的过程中,采用虚轴和实轴结合的方式,消除硬件差异对测量结果的影响。采用交流注入法测量蓄电池内阻,检测过程中将检测回路切换到实轴,选择四个象限中信号最大的相邻两个象限为基准数据。由于实轴阻抗已知,可计算出系统参数,再切换到具有虚轴分量的蓄电池内阻测量通道,利用系统参数和实际采样数据计算内阻。为验证方法的有效性,搭建了基于单片机STM32F105的蓄电池内阻检测系统,以1 kHz作为激励信号注入蓄电池,并应用PWM对激励信号进行四象限斩波。实验表明,该方法可以准确测量蓄电池内阻,具有推广意义。 A battery internal resistance detection method based on four quadrant chopper is presented.In the process of calculating the internal resistance,the virtual axis and the real axis are combined to eliminate the influence of hardware differences on the measurement results.The AC injection method is used to measure the internal resistance of the battery.During the detection process,the detection circuit is switched to the real axis,and the two adjacent quadrants with the largest signal in the four quadrants are selected as the reference data.Because the real axis impedance is known,the system parameters can be calculated,and then switched to the measurement channel of battery internal resistance with imaginary axis component.The system parameters and actual sampling data can be used to calculate the internal resistance.To verify the validity of the method,a battery internal resistance detection system based on STM32 F105 single chip computer was built.The battery was injected with 1 kHz as the excitation signal,and the excitation signal was chopped by PWM in four quadrants.Experiments show that this method can accurately measure the internal resistance of storage battery,and it has popularization significance.
