摘要
钢轨涂油器的润滑对缓解钢轨磨耗、降低振动噪声起着重要的作用。钢轨涂油器工作不良、润滑剂效果不佳,不仅加剧轮轨间相互作用,还会导致轮轨振动噪声过大,影响乘坐舒适性。为改善轮轨关系,解决既有钢轨涂油器喷涂无法定量定时、使用效率低等诸多问题,在既有钢轨涂油器基础上,探索研究涂油器智能控制技术,搭配使用新型轨顶摩擦剂,以达到更好润滑效率及效果。
The lubrication of rail oiler plays an important role in relieving the rail wear and reducing the vibration noise. The poor operation of rail oil coating and the lower lubricant effect will not only aggravate the interaction between wheel and rail, but also cause large vibration noise of the vehicle track system,directly affecting the ride comfort. In order to improve the wheel and rail relationship,solve the problems like unable to quantify the timing of spraying,the low efficiency of the existing rail oilers and so on,based on the existing equipment,the intelligent control technology of oiler is explored,a new type of rail top friction agent is collocated with the traditional one to achieve a better lubrication efficiency and effect.
