广州金融城起步区地下空间结构防水分析 被引量:1

Structural waterproofing analysis of underground space of Guangzhou Financial City Starting District

摘要 广州金融城起步区共分七个组团,地下空间总建筑面积约为213.6万m^2,大型地下空间的漏水问题一直是困扰工程设计人员的一个难题。首先分析结构主体的防水性能,分析结果表明,各组团内部的地下室可采用不设永久变形缝的方案,其中方城组团的地下连续墙+疏排水层的防水方案,便于多个建设单位分别开发,防水效果较好。然后给出了组团间变形缝、等易漏水部位结构细部防水做法。最后从设计、施工、材料等方面给出了保障结构主体防水性能的裂缝控制措施。以便在防水方面保障广州金融城起步区地下空间的使用。 There are seven plan areas in Guangzhou Financial City Starting District, with the total construction area of 2.136 million m^2 in underground space. And leakage in large space basement is always a big problem in design process. Firstly, the waterproofing performance of the main body of the structure was analyzed. The analysis results show that the scheme without permanent deformation joints can be adopted in the basement of each group. The waterproofing scheme of diaphragm wall + drainage layer in Fangcheng plan area is convenient for several construction units to develop separately, and the waterproofing effect is better. Then, the waterproofing methods of the deformation joints between plan areas and the structural details of the leaky parts were given. Finally, from the aspects of design, construction and material, the crack control measures were given to ensure the waterproofing performance of the main structure, in order to protect the use of underground space in Guangzhou Financial City Starting District.
