纳米粘土奇耐N9在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘要 研究纳米粘土奇耐N9在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,在胎面胶中以纳米粘土奇耐N9部分替代白炭黑,可以改善胶料的挤出加工性能,促进填料的分散,降低胶料的压缩生热,提高胶料的抗冰滑和抗湿滑性能,增大胶料的表面摩擦因数。 The application of nanoclay cheenibe N9 in the tread compound of steel-belted radial tire was investigated. The results showed that,by using nanoclay cheenibe N9 to replace part of silica in the tread compound,the extrusion processing property of the compound was improved,the dispersion of the fillers was promoted,the compression heat build-up of the compound was reduced,the ice skid resistance and wet skid resistance were improved and the surface friction coefficient of the compound increased.
