摘要
高职院校"工匠精神"培育机制,有利于满足我国经济转型、产业调整进而增强企业竞争力的需要,有利于满足高职大学生成长成才、职业生涯发展进而达成高职院校人才培养目标的需要,具有重要价值意蕴。高职院校"工匠精神"培育机制的理论构建要遵循知行统一原则、传承发展原则和言传身教原则,要从思想观念、制度保障、校企合作等方面着手实施。
The craftsman’s spirit cultivation mechanism in higher vocational colleges has advantage to meet the demand of our country’s economy transformation and industry adjustment for enhancing enterprise competitiveness and also meet the demand of college students’ growth and career development for the purpose of talents cultivation which have important significance. The theoretical construction of craftsman’s spirit cultivation mechanism should adhere to the unity of knowledge and practice principle,the inheritance and development principle,and acting as an example to others principle which should be carried out from the perspectives of theoretical concept,institutional guarantee,as well as school-enterprise cooperation.
