摘要 回顾分析1例以发热合并肝损伤起病慢性活动性EB病毒感染,后逐渐演变为EB病毒相关NK细胞淋巴瘤,并继发噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症患者的临床资料,以提升临床医师对本病认知和诊治能力。
