摘要
随着人类日常生活水平的提高,塑料产量的增加,废弃塑料逐渐增多难以降解,对生态系统的稳定性产生了一定的影响。近年来有研究表明,黄粉虫可以取食并降解塑料。本文从黄粉虫肠道内可降解塑料的微生物的筛选,取食塑料后的黄粉虫肠道微生物多样性研究,黄粉虫取食塑料能力及取食塑料后自身生长情况三个方面对黄粉虫取食塑料的相关研究进行了综述,以供科学治理塑料污染问题提供参考。
With developments in humans’ daily lives, and the increase in the plastic production, the waste plastic which is difficult to be degraded is ever increasing and has an influence on the stability of ecosystem. Recent studies have shown that yellow mealworms(the larvae of Tenebrio molitor) can feed on and degrade plastic. In this paper, the related researches on plastic-feeding mealworms were reviewed from the following three aspects:(1) screening of plastic-degrading microorganisms in the gut of yellow mealworms;(2) the gut microbial diversity of plastic-feeding yellow mealworms;(3) digestive capacity and growth performance of yellow mealworms, which might provide some references for reasonable and economical management of plastic pollution.
