摘要
通过试验室试验和实际生产数据研究分析了钢渣对水泥生产中水溶性铬(Ⅵ)的影响,结果表明,钢渣应用于生料配料时熟料中铬(Ⅵ)会明显升高,这是由于钢渣中含有三价铬或六价铬,在生料煅烧过程中会被氧化成为六价铬并且固溶在水泥熟料中;钢渣应用于水泥配料中可以降低水泥中铬(Ⅵ)含量,掺加10%时可以降低水泥中铬(Ⅵ)2.30 mg/kg左右。
The effect of steel slag on water-soluble Cr(VI) in cement was analyzed through laboratory tests and actual production data. The results showed that Cr(VI) in clinker increased obviously when steel slag was used in raw mix proportion. This was due to Cr(IH) or Cr(VI) in steel slag, which was oxidized to Cr(VI) during the calcination of raw meal and solidified in clinker. The application of steel slag in cement mixing could reduce the content of Cr(VI) in cement, and the content of Cr(VI) in cement could be reduced by about 2.30 mg/kg when 10% steel slag was added.
