一种土壤修复工程的智能监管方法 被引量:5

摘要 针对当前土壤污染修复工程在实施过程中存在技术人员及管理人员需要现场指导和监督、实时在线监管功能缺乏、在线交互性差等问题,该文研究了网络三维地理场景构建、修复区环境智能化实时监测和预警、土壤采样数据与网络三维地理场景融合的方法。研发了基于3D WebGIS的土壤修复工程智能监管系统,将各类感知数据与三维地理场景结合,实现了在网络三维地理场景中土壤修复环境在线感知和远程监控、土壤现状分析、健康风险评估和修复效果的可视化表达等功能。工程实践表明,此方法便于管理者在线监管工程的现场环境和修复现状,有效提高了土壤修复工程监管的信息化和智能化水平。 According to the current problems,such eis the technical personnel and management personnel need guide and supervise in the field,the real time functions online of monitoring and management are scarce and in teraction online is inconvenient in the implementation process of the soil remediation project and so on. In this paper, some methods are studied including online three dimensional (3D) geographic scene construction,the intelligent real time monitoring and warning of the environment in the remediation areas. fusion of the soil sampling data with the 3D geographic scene. The intelligent monitoring and management system of soil remediation project was developed based on 3D WebGIS. The sensory data was combined with 3D geographic scene to realize the functions online, including sensing and monitoring online of the soil remediation environment,soil status analysis,health risk assessment, and visualization representation of the remediation effect.The engineering practice shows that these methods are convenient for managers to monitor current situation and field environment of soil remediation project on line, and to improve the informationization and intelligence level of soil remediation project monitoring and management effectively.
