摘要
目的探讨中医七情理论在产后抑郁患者护理中的应用效果.方法选取2016年4月~2017年5月收治的产后抑郁症患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(行常规护理)和观察组(行中医七情理论护理)各35例.比较两组患者临床疗效及生活质量情况.结果治疗后,观察组HAMD积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组RP、BP、SF均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组BP、GH、VT、SF、MH、HT均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论对产后抑郁患者行中医七情理论护理疗效满意,生活质量高,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore the application effect for seven emotions theory of traditional Chinese medi-cine in postpartum depression nursing.Methods A total of 70 cases of postpartum depression patients admitted from April 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into the control group(receiving conventional nursing)and the obser-vation group(receiving traditional Chinese medicine seven-emotion theory nursing)with the random number table meth-od.The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the RP,BP and SF of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of BP,GH,VT,SF,MH and HT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing effect of seven emotions theory of traditional Chinese medi-cine on postpartum depression patients is satisfactory with high quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
