摘要
改革开放以来,我国对外开放经济取得巨大成就,开放型经济已经成为经济全球化的重要组成部分。十八届五中全会以来,以习近平为核心的党中央站在历史高度提出开放发展理念,为我国继续坚持改革开放基本国策以及全面建成小康社会提供了理论指导。我们可通过形成背景、思想渊源、理论内涵和时代价值这四个方面来把握习近平开放发展理念。
Since the reform and opening up,Chinas open economy has made great achievements,and the open economy has become an important part of economic globalization. Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee, the CPC Central Committee ,with Xi Jin - ping as its core, has put forward the idea of opening up and development from a historical height, providing theoretical guidance for China to continue to adhere to the basic national policy of reform and opening up and to build a well - off society in an all -round way. We can grasp Xi Jin - ping's concept of open development from four aspects: the formation background, ideological origin ,theoretical connotation and time value.
