摘要
钢轨探伤车主要用于检测铁路钢轨内部和表面的各种疲劳缺陷和伤损,是保障铁路运输安全的重要设备。此文针对探伤车对钢轨小型核伤检出率低的问题,通过现场调查,收集钢轨伤损数据,探讨探伤仪和探伤车各超声通道的对应关系,分析研究探伤车对钢轨小型核伤检出率低的原因,提出从对中效果、探轮标定、超声通道等方面改善探伤车的检测性能的措施。
The rail flaw detectors are mainly used to detect various fatigue defects and damages inside and on the surface of rails. They are the important equipment to ensure the railway transportation safety. Aiming at the problem of low detection rate of small-scale rail head transverse cracks by flaw detection vehicle,the data of rail damage through on-site investigation is collected in this paper. The corresponding relationship of ultrasonic channels between flaw detector and flaw detection vehicle is discussed. The reason of low detection rate of rail small-scale rail head transverse cracks by flaw detection vehicle is analyzed.And the measures to improve the detection performance of flaw detection vehicle are put forward from the aspects of alignment effect,wheel calibration and ultrasonic channel.
