摘要
目的:研究穴位敷贴配合中药内服治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法:选取江门市新会妇幼保健院2016年10月至2017年10月期间诊治的200例过敏性鼻炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各100例。其中对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予穴位敷贴配合中药内服治疗,对两组患儿的治疗有效率及免疫指标进行比较。结果:观察组患儿治疗有效率为96.0%,高于对照组89.0%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患儿免疫球蛋白E、嗜酸性粒细胞、白细胞介素4等免疫指标均明显低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:临床上对过敏性鼻炎患儿采取穴位敷贴配合中药内服治疗,可明显提高治疗效果,改善患儿临床症状。
Objective To study the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children by acupoint application and traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods From October 2015 to October 2017, 100 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment,and 100 cases in the observation group were given acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine. The immunological index and the effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%, compared with that of the control group(89.0%) were significantly increased(P < 0.05);The IgE, EOS and IL4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion To treat allergic rhinitis children with acupoint application and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, can obviously improve the effect of treatment and reduce the incidence of hypersensitivity.
