摘要
文章分析了桥梁工程中智能化机械施工设备的功能需求及发展趋势,介绍了当前智能预应力机械施工设备的种类,并以智能真空压浆机的施工为例,研究了智能压浆机系统结构以及核心功能特点,同时结合工程实例,对智能真空压浆机的施工效果进行论证,证明了智能化机械施工设备在桥梁施工中所具有的工程应用价值。
This article analyzes the functional demands and development trends of intelligent mechanical construction equipment in bridge engineering,introduces the types of current intelligent prestressed mechanical construction equipment,and studies the intelligent grouting machine system structure and core functional characteristics with the construction of intelligent vacuum grouting machine as the example.Meanwhile,combined with engineering examples,it demonstrates the construction effect of intelligent vacuum grouting machine,and proves the engineering application value of intelligent mechanical construction equipment in bridge construction.
