摘要
文章从绿色创新的环境效益出发,分别以绿色技术专利数量、单位生产总值的工业废气排放总量、单位生产总值的能源消耗为指标,采用1985—2015年的时间序列数据建立多变量VAR模型,并通过格兰杰因果关系检验、广义脉冲响应分析和预测方差分析等方法,来探索我国绿色创新与环境污染、能源消耗的相互关系。研究结果表明,绿色创新确实在一定程度上可以改善环境污染和能源消耗问题,但由于目前我国绿色创新的发展并不成熟,其对环境污染和能源消耗的改善作用受限。
Based on the environmental benefits of green innovation, this paper established the multivariate VAR model with the time series data from 1985 to 2015, taking the number of green technology patents, the total emissions of industrial emissions per unit of GDP, and the energy consumption per unit of GDP as indicators. It also explored the relationship between China’s green innovation and environmental pollution and energy consumption by Granger causality test, generalized impulse response analysis and prediction analysis of variance. The results showed that green innovation could improve the problem of environmental pollution and energy consumption to a certain extent. However, due to the immature development of China’s green innovation, the improvement of environmental pollution and energy consumption is limited.
