摘要
丢糟和有机废水是白酒行业最主要废弃物,存在较大的污染隐患。对酿酒废弃物进行资源化利用不仅减轻了环境的压力,还可以为社会和企业带来经济效益。重点阐述了酿酒废弃物资源化的技术途径与成效,探讨了酿酒废水的利用及其处理方法,为拓宽白酒行业的循环经济之路提供一定的参考。
Spent grains and waste water are the main waste in Baijiu(liquor)industry and they have great pollution potentials. The resource utilization of brewing waste not only can reduce the pressure on the environment,but also can bring economic benefits to society and enterprises. This paper focused on the technical approaches and effects of the recycling of brewing waste,discussed the utilization of brewing wastewater and its treatment methods,which provided useful reference for improving the cycling economy of Baijiu industry.
