摘要
清政府非常重视山西商人在塞外蒙古地区从事商业贸易活动,为了对其进行有效管理,专门颁布了路引票照等制度。山西商人十分注重商品丰富的文化内涵,他们将商品的实用价值和文化价值紧密地结合在一起,使其发挥的积极作用是其他商人无法取代的。清代山西商人无论以何种形式出现的商品,都会在塞外蒙古地区文化生活方面产生重大影响,对人们的理念和情感产生重要的作用。无论是自然产品,还是人工产品,不仅仅丰富和改善了塞外蒙古族群众的物质生活,更重要的是向蒙古族群众传递着中原农耕文明的文化信息,推动塞外蒙古地区社会文化的发展和繁荣。
Qing government attached very great importance to Shanxi merchants’ trading activities in Mongolian region beyond the Great Wall.In order to manage them effectively,the government enacted road cited ticket and other system specifically.Shanxi businessmen combined the practical value and cultural value of the goods closely together to make it playing positive roles which can not be replaced by other merchants.The products from Shanxi businessmen in Qing Dynasty in whatever form,had great influence on the cultural lives in the Mongolian areas beyond the Great Wall,and had important impacts on people’s views and emotion.The products,natural or artificial,enriched and improved the material life of the Mongolian people beyond the Great Wall,and more importantly transferred the cultural information from the Central Plains farming civilization,promoted social cultural development and prosperity of the Mongolian areas beyond the Great Wall.
