摘要
动力滑台是组合机床实现刀具进给的通用部件之一,动力滑台的控制系统是实现组合机床自动化或半自动化的关键环节。文中在分析动力滑台的控制回路及工作原理的基础上进行基于PLC的控制系统设计,主要包括PLC选型、I/O表与接线图以及软件设计。基于PLC的动力滑台控制系统能够满足各种控制要求,且灵活性好、可靠性高,有效提高了组合机床的自动化程度。
The power sliding table is one of the general parts of modular machine tool to realize tool feeding. The control system of power sliding table is the key link to realize the automation or semi-automation of modular machine tool. Based on the analysis of the control circuit and working principle of the power sliding table, this paper designs the control system based on PLC.It mainly includes PLC selection, I/O tables and wiring diagrams, and software design. The power sliding table control system based on PLC can meet all kinds of control requirements, and has good flexibility and high reliability, which effectively improves the automation of modular machine tools.
