摘要
直升机带电作业技术的发展对提高输电线路运维检修水平具有重要意义。为进一步保证特高压输电线路直升机带电作业工作的安全展开,同时为实际现场作业提供技术依据,针对1 000kV特高压输电线路直升机平台法带电作业的电场仿真方法展开研究。根据MD 500型直升机、作业人员及1 000kV三角形排布输电线路的实际参数,建立了直升机带电作业模型,并提出了模型的合理简化方法。采用有限元静电场仿真方法,讨论了直升机带电作业模型计算域截断边界范围及直升机飞行过程中主旋翼位置等因素对电场计算的影响,并给出了相应建议。对比仿真结果与相关试验数据,验证了仿真方法的可行性。研究成果对直升机带电作业的仿真模拟及试验开展提供了参考。
The development of helicopter live working technology is of great significance to improve the maintenance level of transmission line operation and maintenance.In order to further ensure the safety of helicopter live working for UHV transmission lines and provide technical basis for the live operation,this paper studies the electric field simulation method of helicopter live working for 1 000 kV UHV transmission lines.According to the actual parameters of MD 500 helicopters,operators and 1 000 kV triangular transmission lines,a helicopter live working model is established and put forward the simplified method.Based on the finite element static electric field simulation method,the impact of the factors such as the boundary area of the helicopter live working model and the position of the main rotor in the helicopter flight process is discussed,and the corresponding suggestions are given.Finally,the feasibility of the simulation method is verified by comparing the electric field data with the test site.The research results of this paper provide a reference for the simulation and test of the helicopter live working.
