摘要
通过对制造业智能制造能力的评价,有利于企业了解其智能制造发展水平,明确企业智能制造具备的基础条件、具有的优势和存在的不足,为企业制定智能制造发展规划和智能化技术改造决策提供依据。本文将对影响智能制造发展水平的因素进行分析,选择基于层次分析-数据包络-灰色系统的组合模型对某企业智能制造能力进行评价,为其智能制造的发展水平提供决策参考。
Through the evaluation of the manufacturing intelligent manufacturing capability, it is beneficial for enterprises to understand the level of intelligent manufacturing development, clarify the basic conditions, advantages and shortcomings of enterprise intelligent manufacturing.It provides a basis for enterprises to make development plan of intelligent manufacturing and decision-making of intelligent technology transformation.This paper will analyze the factors affecting the development level of intelligent manufacturing, and choose a combination model based on AHP-DEA-grey system to evaluate the intelligent manufacturing capability of an enterprise, which will provide decision-making reference for the development level of intelligent manufacturing.
