摘要
对体育专业实习管理的实践变迁与模式创新进行研究。针对当前社会体育专业实习管理科学化程度低、缺乏创新举措的现状,提出:1.高校引入体育企业(组织)参与社会体育专业实习管理,管理模式由高校自治下的行政化转向社会化、由无序化转向专业化是实习管理变革的要求;2.高校与体育企业(组织)之间的协同及内生外引,能实现二者对实习管理的组织化参与、常态化参与、均衡化参与;3.对实习管理主体结构多元化、服务内容多样化、社会购买服务积极化、社会资源链接与整合最优化提出建议。
Studies the practice change and mode innovation of sports practice management. Aiming at the current situation of low scientific degree and lack of innovative measures in practice management of social sports major, this paper puts forward the following Suggestions: 1. Colleges and universities introduce sports enterprises (organizations) to participate in practice management of social sports major. 2. The coordination and endogenous and exogenous introduction between colleges and universities and sports enterprises (organizations) can realize their organizational participation, normal participation and balanced participation in internship management;3. Put forward Suggestions on the diversification of the main structure of internship management, the diversification of service content, the active purchase of social services, and the optimization of the link and integration of social resources.
