摘要
目的探讨抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者血脂血糖代谢水平的影响。方法随机选取2017年9月至2018年8月精神疾病患者110例,回顾性分析其临床资料。依据给药方案将其分为两组,每组55例,利培酮组给予利培酮口服,奥氮平组给予奥氮平口服。比较治疗前后两组患者体质量、血脂、血糖代谢水平。结果治疗后,利培酮组与奥氮平组患者体质量较治疗前均有增加(t=4. 199、2. 218,P <0. 05),且奥氮平组患者体质量高于利培酮组(P <0. 05)。治疗前后利培酮组患者血糖、血脂水平变化不明显(P> 0. 05);治疗后,奥氮平组患者血糖、血脂水平高于利培酮组(P <0. 05)。结论奥氮平、利培酮是精神分裂症的常用治疗药物,奥氮平对患者血脂、血糖代谢水平影响较大,利培酮相对影响较小,有血糖、血脂代谢异常的精神分裂症患者,可首选利培酮治疗。
Objective To investigate the antipsychotic drugs on blood lipid and glucosemetabolism in patients with schizophrenia.Methods The clinical data of 110 patients with mentaldisorders were randomly selected from September 2017 to August 2018,and the clinical data of 110 patients were analyzed retrospectively.According to the administration plan,they were divided into twogroups,with 55 cases in each group.Risperidone group was given risperidone orally,and the olanzapinegroup was given olanzapine oral treatment.The levels of body mass,blood lipid and blood glucosemetabolism were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,thebody mass of risperidone group and olanzapine group increased before treatment(t=4.199,2.218,P<0.05),and the body mass of olanzapine group was higher than that of risperidone group(P<0.05).The level of blood glucose and blood lipid in the patients before and after treatment was not obvious(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in the olanzapine group were higherthan that of the risperidone group(P<0.05).Conclusions Olanzapine and risperidone are commonlyused drugs for schizophrenia,and Olanzapine has great influence on blood lipid and blood glucosemetabolism,and the relative effect of risperidone is small.Patients with schizophrenia of abnormal bloodglucose and lipids metabolism may be treated with Tisperidone in the first chose.
