摘要
目的 探讨分级运动干预在青少年支气管哮喘患者呼吸功能改善中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年3月至2017年3月我院收治的80例青少年支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规运动干预,观察组采用分级运动干预。比较两组患者护理干预前及护理干预后24周的哮喘控制效果、肺通气及胸肺顺应性指标。结果 护理干预前两组患者哮喘控制效果、肺通气及胸肺顺应性指标比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);护理干预后24周观察组患者哮喘控制效果优于对照组(P <0. 05),各项肺通气、胸肺顺应性指标均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 分级运动干预在青少年支气管哮喘患者中应用,呼吸功能改善效果较好,应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of graded exercise intervention in improving respiratory function of patients with adolescent bronchial asthma.Methods To select 80 cases of adolescent bronchial asthma patients who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was treated with routine exercise intervention,while the observation group was given graded exercise intervention.The asthma control effect,lung ventilation and chest lung compliance index of patients in the two groups were compared at before the nursing intervention and at 24 weeks after nursing intervention.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no significant different in asthma control effect,lung ventilation and chest lung compliance indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The asthma control effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 24 weeks after the nursing intervention(P<0.05).The lung ventilation and chest lung compliance indexes were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying graded exercise intervention in patients with adolescent bronchial asthma has excellent improvement effect on respiratory function,so the application value of this treatment measure is high.
