摘要
随着网络经济的发展,电子商务逐渐走进人们的生活,电子采购已成为新型的采购模式。笔者介绍了中国中车供应链电子采购管理平台的发展背景及应用情况,分析了该平台的优势,针对该平台运营过程中存在的问题,提出了充分挖掘平台业务流程、实现电子采购全程在线监控、推进采购业务不断优化完善等合理性建议。
With the development of network economy,electronic commerce has gradually entered people's lives,and electronic purchasing has become a new procurement mode.This paper introduces the development background and application of CRRC Supply Chain Electronic Purchasing Management Platform,analyses the advantages of the platform,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the problems existing in the operation of the platform.
