SK手刮聚脲在西北高寒地区输调水工程的应用 被引量:3

摘要 庄浪河渡槽是甘肃省引大入秦工程重点建筑物之一,地处西北高寒地区,经20多a的输水运行,出现混凝土冻融剥蚀破坏,钢筋锈蚀、裸露等病害缺陷。选择SK手刮聚脲作为防护材料进行适用性试验研究,针对SK手刮聚脲本体强度、抗冻防护性能、耐低温性能、抗冲磨及耐老化性能开展室内试验和现场工艺性试验研究,结果表明:SK手刮聚脲材料在高寒地区气候环境下,不仅表现出良好的综合力学性能、较强的抗冲磨能力,而且工艺简便。试验结束后,通过庄浪河渡槽3 a的通水运行检验,SK手刮聚脲材料能够满足渡槽安全运行的要求,是目前西北寒冷地区水利工程混凝土表面缺陷较为理想的修补材料。 Zhuanglang River aqueduct is one of the main engineering structures of Datong River to Qinwangchuan Water Diversion Project in Gansu Province. It is located in the northwest area with high latitude and cold climate and complex operating environment. Because the project runs for more than 20 years, the concrete has been damaged by freeze-thaw erosion and has the defects of steel bars corrosion and bareness. According to the technical investigation and referencing related projects, SK hand scratch polyurea was chosen as the protective test material and the suitability test of indoor and outdoor materials was conducted. The test was divided into indoor test and field experiments, laboratory tests on SK hand scraped polyurea body strength, frost protection performance, low temperature performance, abrasion resistance and aging resistance properties were studied and the process of test was carried out. Experiment results show that the indoor SK hand scraped polyurea material in the climate environment of the alpine region, not only exhibits good mechanical performance, strong anti-abrasion ability and good anti-seepage effect, but also has the advantages of simple process and good durability and can satisfy the structure safety requirements. It is the ideal materials to repair concrete surface defect in northwest cold area water conservancy project.
