摘要
以纤维材料为研究变量,以超薄层SMA-10为研究对象,对沥青混合料高、低温性,抗滑性及水稳性能的研究分析,得出超薄层SMA-10对纤维稳定材料有一定选择性,玄武岩纤维材料优势明显高于木质素纤维.其中玄武岩纤维11μm~6 mm的DS高出木质素纤维21.3%,抗弯拉强度和弯拉应变是木质素纤维的1.2~1.3倍;抗滑性能玄武岩纤维11μm~6 mm最优,而水稳定性方面11μm~6 mm和17μm~6 mm相差不大.综合说明玄武岩纤维11μm~6 mm在超薄层中表现出的路用性能效果最佳.
In this paper,fiber materials are used as the research variables,and ultra-thin SMA-10 is the research object.Through the indoor research on the high and low temperature properties,anti- slip property and water stability of asphalt mixture,it is concluded that the ultra-thin layer SMA-10 has a certain selectivity to fiberstabilized materials.Basalt fiber material has a significantly higher advantage than lignin fiber.Among them,DS of basalt fiber 11 μm to 6 mm is 21.3% higher than lignin fiber.The bending strength and bending strain are 1.2 times to 1.3 times of lignin fibers.The anti-slip performance basalt fiber is optimal from 11 μm to 6 mm,while the water stability is not much different from 11μm to 6 mm and 17μm to 6 mm.It is comprehensively explained that the basalt fiber 11 μm to 6 mm has the best road performance in the ultra-thin layer.
