摘要
随着我国旅游行业及城市化的发展,尤其在十八大以后,生态建设、乡土文明的重要性提升到了历史新高度,国家倡导要积极发展旅游民宿。我国各地以主体文化产生创造力为核心的"文化创意产业"又为民宿的发展创造了更多的价值,开启了人们挖掘本土文化、向往自然生态的度假模式。国内各大城镇近几年发展的乡土民宿在不断地升温,特别是受台湾文创类设计及经营的民宿的影响,有着历史文化古迹的村镇又为旅游民宿的发展奠定了坚实的资源基础。本文以本土福州永泰嵩口古镇开发民宿为例,展开基于文创理念下乡村民宿的改造与设计研究。
With the development of China’s tourism industry and urbanization, especially after the 18th National Congress, the importance of ecological construction and local civilization has risen to a new height in history, and it is advocated to actively develop tourism and lodging.The "Cultural and Creative Industries" with the creativity of the main culture in our country have created more value for the development of the homestay, which has opened up the holiday model of people tapping the local culture and yearning for the natural ecology.At present, local homestay in China has been developing continuously in recent years, Taiwan’s cultural and creative design and operation of homestay is more popular among tourists.The villages and towns with historical and cultural monuments have laid a solid resource foundation for the development of tourist homestays.This paper takes the development of homestay in songkou town, fuzhou as an example to carry out the reconstruction and design research of rural homestay based on the idea of cultural innovation.
