摘要
目的:通过比较分析不同年龄段运动员高原训练期间各阶段红细胞及网织红细胞各参数的变化情况,探索不同年龄段运动员高原训练期间该指标的变化规律,为不同年龄段运动员进行高原训练提供参考。方法:采用美国产Beckman-CouiterLH780型全自动血细胞分析仪测试国家游泳队成年运动员35名(男20名,女15名)和青年运动员40名(男20名,女20名)在高原训练期间(5周)的网织红细胞相关参数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白等成熟红细胞参数,并对数据进行统计学处理。结果:①男子成年组RBC、HGB、Hct呈现先降后升的变化趋势;青年男子组RBC、HGB、HCT呈现波浪起伏,在第4周时最高;红细胞各参数在各阶段同时期相比较,成年男子运动员RBC、HGB、HCT测试结果略低于青年男子运动员,但均无明显差异(P>0.05)。②男子成年组在前4周Ret%呈现小幅度的上升趋势,到第5周时下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05);Ret#指标在前期保持不变,第5周时稍有下降;IRF指标在第3周时最高;青年男子组Ret%与Ret#在高原训练期间的变化呈现先降后升,在第3周时最低,第5周时有所回升,但仍低于第1周时水平,且差异显著(P<0.05);IRF则呈现先降后升的变化趋势,第5周时升至最高,且与第1周比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。③成年女子组RBC、HGB、RPW呈现小幅度波浪型的变化趋势,青年女子组RBC、HGB两项指标呈现逐渐上升的趋势;红细胞各参数在各个阶段同时期相比较,成年女子组RBC、HGB在第1、3周高于青年女子组,其余3周均低于青年女子组,RDW在2、4周高于青年女子组,其余3周则低。④两组女子运动员的Ret%、Re#的变化趋势相同,成年女子组MRA与IRF呈现小幅波浪型变化,在第2周时到达峰值;青年女子组MRV与IRF则呈现先升后降的变化趋势,同样在第2周时到达峰值,且明显高于其余4周(P<0.05);且IRF在第3周和第4周时保持不变。
Objective: This study was to find out the different of red blood cellsand and reticulocyte parameters in different stages swimming athletes, to provide reference for altitude training of different age athletes. Methods: The reticulocyte and its’parameters of 35 adult swimmers (male: 20, female: 15) and 40 youth swimmers (male: 20, female: 20) were tested by Beckman-Coulter LH780 (Made in USA). Conclusion: The tendency of RBC、 HGB、Hct of the adult male athletes was first down and then up, the tendency of the youth male athletes was gradually rising trend. The Ret % of adult male athletes was small upward trend in the previous four weeks, to drop in at 5 weeks;The Ret# shows a slight decline when 5 weeks;IRF was highest in 3 weeks;Young male athletes with Ret#、Ret % change during altitude training was "V" type, the lowest in 3 weeks, 5 weeks began to recover, and a significant difference (P<0.05). Compared the reticulocyte parameters of two groups in each stage of the same period, the Ret%, Ret# of adult male athletes slightly higher than that of young athletes;the youth athletes Ret%, Ret#, MRV is higher than the adult group in fifth weeks, and a significant difference (P<0.05). Adult women athletes’RBC, HGB presents the change trend of small wavy, in the second weeks minimum;Young female athletes’RBC, HGB shows the trend of rising;Red blood cell parameters in each stage compared at the same time, adult female athletes test results is slightly lower than with young athletes. Female athletes’reticulocyte parameters within the normal range;Junior Ret %, Ret# have certain amplitude increase in the second weeks, then presents the downward trend, and in the fifth weeks have edged up again;The IRF was highest in second weeks, and compared with the first week, significant difference (P< 0.05);Youth females’Ret %, Ret# showed a trend of decline;Young female athletes’MRV, IRF has small fluctuations.
