QuEChERS-高效液相色谱测定棉花植株中阿维菌素、高效氯氟氰菊酯残留的方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 建立了棉花根茎中阿维菌素(Avermectin)和高效氯氟氰菊酯(lambda-cyhalothrin)两种农药的QuEChERS-高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法。样品用乙腈作为提取剂,振荡超声法提取,净化剂选用乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(PSA)。采用C18色谱柱分离,以乙腈和水(76∶24,V/V)为流动相进行洗脱,辅以高效液相色谱进行定性。结果表明,阿维菌素和高效氯氟氰菊酯添加回收率分别为96.25%~114.27%和94.19%~109.26%。标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.93%~4.64%、1.75%~4.01%。检测方法流程更加简便高效快速,适用于棉花根茎中两种农药的检测。 This project aims to establish a QuEChERS-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of Avermectin and Lambda-Cyhalothrin in cotton rhizomes. The sample was extracted by oscillatory ultrasonic method with acetonitrile as an extractant and ethylenediamine-N-propylsilane (PSA) was used as purification agent.Separation was performed on a C18 column,eluted with acetonitrile and water (76∶24,V/V) as mobile phase,and the diode array detector was used to detect two pesticides at 245 nm and 235 nm. The results showed that the recovery rates of Avermectin and Lambda-Cyhalothrin were 96.25%-114.27% and 94.19%-109.26%;The standard deviation (RSD) was 1.93%- 4.64%, 1.75%-4.01%.The detection method was simpler,rapider and more efficient,which was suitable for detection of the two pesticides in cotton rhizomes.
