摘要
随着学生对高校宿舍热舒适性要求的提高,高校寝室的能耗日益上涨。部分夏热冬冷地区的学生宿舍存在围护结构传热系数大、气密性差等问题。以同济大学彰武路校区宿舍为例,通过分析外围护结构热工性能与对节能改造实例的阐述,探讨夏热冬冷地区宿舍建筑节能改造的可行策略。
With the improvement of the thermal comfort requirements of university dormitories, the energy consumption in colleges and universities has been increasing. In some hot summer and cold winter zones, there are problems such as poor air-tightness of the enclosure structure in students’ dormitories. Taking the dormitory of Zhangwu Road Campus of Tongji University as an example, through the analysis of the thermal performance of the enclosure structure and the case of energy saving transformation, this paper discusses the feasible strategy of energy savingfor dormitory buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone.
