摘要
江西会展产业的快速发展,急需大量的会展专业人才,而目前江西会展专业人才短缺严重制约了江西会展业的发展。新时代如何推进江西会展教育高质量发展,是摆在江西省高等教育面前的一个重大课题。因此,必须通过优化会展教育环境、学界与业界互动,深化人才培养、构建产教深度融合平台、加强会展双创教育、会展职前职后贯通等途径来促进江西会展教育高质量发展。
The rapid development of the exhibition industry in Jiangxi is in urgent need of a large number of MICE talents.At present,the shortage of the MICE talents in Jiangxi Province has seriously restricted the development of the MICE industry in Jiangxi.How to promote the high-quality development of MICE education in the new era is a major issue facing higher education in this Province.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the environment of MICE education,the interaction between academia and industry,deepen talent cultivation,build a platform for in-depth integration of industry and education,strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education for exhibition majors,and link up pre-service cultivation and post-service training of MICE to promote the high-quality development of MICE education in Jiangxi.
