摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜术后预防下肢静脉血栓综合干预对动脉血气及血液流变学的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2018年10月于我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者80例,随机平均分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合干预。干预7~15 d后,观察比较两组患者的血气指标和血液流变学指标。结果研究组的血气指标显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的血液流变学指标均趋于正常,且明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者采用综合干预可提高护理质量,有效预防患者下肢静脉血栓的形成,使患者的动脉血气、血液流变学指标趋于正常,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive intervention on arterial blood gas and hemorheology after laparoscopic surgery to prevent venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods 80 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received comprehensive intervention. After 7 to 15 days of intervention, the blood gas indicators and hemorheological indicators of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The blood gas indicators of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The hemorheological indicators of the study group tended to be normal, and were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can improve the nursing quality, effectively prevent the formation of lower extremity venous thrombosis, make patients’ arterial blood gas and hemorheological indicators tend to normal, and improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
