摘要
基于高校教师工作满意度的调查,工资待遇、工资环境、晋升空间、同事关系、与学生的关系等因素对高校教师工作满意度有着决定性的影响。明确高校教师的重要地位,营造尊师重教的良好风尚;建立公平合理的薪酬制度,加大教师正向激励力度;创新职称评价机制,推进教师考核评价制度改革;建立人文关怀机制,构建和谐人际关系等可以有效提升高校教师工作满意度。
College teachers job satisfaction investigation shows that the main factors influencing college teachers job satisfaction include salary,working environment,promotion,colleague relationship and teacher-student relationship. The satisfaction can be improved by means of confirming the important status of college teachers,creating a good environment of respecting teachers and teaching,establishing a just and proper rewarding system,enhancing the degree of incentives,innovating the granting system of professional titles,promoting the evaluative system of teacher performance,and building up harmonious inter-personal relationship.
