摘要
目的:观察肌肉关节振动治疗系统(Pulstar)联合定点旋转复位法治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床疗效。方法:将60例寰枢关节半脱位患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。对照组采用Pulstar治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合定点旋转复位法,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者在改善局部疼痛、减小寰齿前间隙(ADI)及齿状突轴线与寰椎轴线偏移距离等疗效方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率达86.7%。结论:Pulstar联合定点旋转复位法治疗寰枢关节半脱位可有效缓解或消除局部疼痛,其机制可能与纠正局部解剖位置相关。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic results on the atlantoaxial subluxation treated by Pulstar combined with positioning rotation manipulation. Methods:60 patients with atlantoaxial subluxation were randomly divided into theraphy group and control group,30 cases per group. The control group were treated by Pulstar,and the treatment group were treated by Pulstar combined with positioning rotation manipulation. The therapeutic effects of the two group were compared. Results:The treatment group could improve cervical occipital pain,reduce the front gap of the atlanto-occipital clearance and the axis off set distance of atlas efficacy,which was better than the control group(P<0.01),and the total effective rate was86.7%. Conclusion:Pulstar combined with positioning rotation manipulation could eddectively alleviate the pain,and the meachanism may be related to correct the abnormal anatomy.
