摘要
顽固性面瘫为面瘫持续2个月以上,之所以称之为顽固性就是指其治疗效果差、时间长且易发生后遗症。单纯针刺治疗效果不明显,诸多医家结合他法,针对顽固性面瘫综合治疗,起到了缩短疗程、治愈率高、后遗症少的疗效,现将近五年研究顽固性面瘫结合疗法综述如下。
The prosopoplegia more than two months is called intractable facial paralysis. The reason why it is called intractable is that the treatment effect is poor,the time is long and the sequelae are easy to happen. The effect of acupuncture alone is not obvious. Many doctors combined with his method for the treatment of intractable facial paralysis has shortened the course of treatment,the cure rate is high,and the effect of sequela is few. Now,nearly five years of research on intractable facial paralysis combined therapy is summarized as follows.
