摘要 为了满足自动化等相关专业实验教学的要求,本着教研结合的原则,设计了一种针对教学和科研的参照真实电梯运行的五层电梯控制系统。系统选择STM32作为控制单元,步进电机作为驱动单元,通过电机正反转实现电梯的升降,通过按键选择想要到达的楼层并在数码管上实时显示。该实验系统可靠性高、成本低,能够较为真实地模拟出一台五层电梯控制系统的运行情况。该实验系统一方面可以在单片机的实验教学中帮助学生更好的理解所学的相关电子知识,另一方面也能对实际运行电梯的研究和改进产生一定的借鉴意义。 In order to meet the experimental teaching requirements of automation and other related specialties,a five-storey elevator control system is designed based on the principle of combining teaching with research,which refers to real elevator operation for teaching and scientific research.The system selects STM32 as the control unit and stepper motor as the driving unit.The elevator is lifted and lowered by the motor’s forward and reverse rotation.The floor to be reached is selected by the button and displayed in real time on the digital tube.The experimental system has high reliability and low cost,and can simulate the operation of a five-storey elevator control system.On the one hand,the experimental system can help students better understand the relevant electronic knowledge in the experimental teaching of single-chip computer,on the other hand,it can also provide some reference for the research and improvement of the actual operation of elevators.
