Since the 18th CPC national congress,the new generation of leadership with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,based on a new starting point for the development of the Chinese nation and guided by a strong sense of problems,has comprehensively deepened reform and led the whole nation to usher in a new era of socialist development with Chinese characteristics.Reform and opening up have been in a new historical juncture as the most distinctive banner of the Party in the new historical period,which manifests as the important theme of theoretical innovation and practical innovation of the Party,the strong driving force of the Party to complete the historical mission in the new era and the important part of the Partys self-capacity building in the new era.Reform and opening up will prompt the Communist Party of China constantly to improve its own capabilities and win the victory of the great new revolution.
