摘要
我国高等教育改革的不断深入和高校内涵式发展的进一步推进,对高校二级学院教学管理工作提出了更高的要求。基于高效团队的建设理念,针对目前二级学院教学管理团队在管理理念、角色分工、综合素质、协作意识等方面存在的问题,探寻了内涵式发展背景下高校二级学院高水平、高效率、高绩效教学管理团队的建设路径。
At present, the advancement of higher education reform and the connotative development in universities both call for a higher level of the teaching management in secondary colleges.Based on the construction concept of high performance team, this paper explores the paths of the high performance teaching management team construction under the background of connotative development, considering existing problems covering management concept, role assignment, comprehensive quality and collaborative awareness.
